Wow, it feels soooooooooo good to finally get the Big Rig out of the drive and on the road! Headed north! Not quite to Alaska, but closer than being in Texas, for sure. Had to take a conference call . . . All before leaving our driveway. Thirty minutes later we’re ready to roll. This scene will be repeated throughout our journey. And so will this scene. Sorry, couldn’t help but give myself a shameless little “plug”. I AM shameless, you know. And finally, Wichita, Kansas for the night. Ahhhhhh . . . . Where we met up with Grammy and Papa (G & P), aka Mountain Man’s parents, my awesome in-laws. Yep, I really do like them. And love them. 95% of the time. Just like my kids.
