Spicy Lacey Cheese Crisps

- 4 c Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
- 1 minced clove of Garlic
- 2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Grate your cheese as fine as possible
- Combine garlic and red pepper flakes with cheese and mix
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat
- Take a small finger full of cheese and place on lined baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 6-7 minutes, until brown around outside.
- Let sit on baking sheet for a few minutes before moving to cookie rack to cool.
