Mai's Ah-Mai-zing Dill Pickle Meatloaf

Don't let the name scare you away! This is a keeper meatloaf recipe without a doubt.
Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • ½ c Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
  • 1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers, crushed
  • 1lb ground Elk (or beef)
  • ½ c coarse chopped Dill Pickles
  • ¼ c Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place all ingredients into a standard loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 375F degrees for 45 minutes.
  4. Excellent when served with some green beans and a fresh green salad.
