Mai's Ah-Mai-zing Dill Pickle Meatloaf

- 1 Egg
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- ½ c Dill Pickle Juice
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
- 1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers, crushed
- 1lb ground Elk (or beef)
- ½ c coarse chopped Dill Pickles
- ¼ c Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Place all ingredients into a standard loaf pan.
- Bake at 375F degrees for 45 minutes.
- Excellent when served with some green beans and a fresh green salad.
